FREE standard Shipping on all orders over $49 Australian wide, with an estimated shipping time of 2-5 Business Days.
FREE express Shipping on all orders over $89 Australian wide, with an estimated shipping time of 1-3 business Days.

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY
FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100 New Zealand wide.
DHL shipping - $20 flat rate (2-5 business days).
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Standard Shipping (7-20 Business Days) for all International orders with a flat rate of $15 AUD.
DHL International shipping to the US and the UK - Flat rate of $30 AUD. (2-5 business days)
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. To track your order, the link in the confirmation email can be used to track your order. You can also track your order here.
International Taxes & Duties
For orders sent to destinations outside of Australia, you may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Duty rates vary depending on the value of the goods.
You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties that apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises. Please check any import fees you may be liable for before ordering. Refunds cannot be granted while your item is in transit.
PO BOXES
We can deliver to all PO Boxes!
Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays. Once your order has been dispatched, it’s no longer possible to make changes on the shipping address. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order.
For all re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address.
